Our pitch

Why people pick us

Obviously we’re biased. This is what people tell us they like.

Easy, on your phone

No desktop, no design skills. Just your phone and a few minutes.

Looking good is free

Every Look, font and color comes with the free plan, photo backgrounds included. Lite (US$2.99 a month) removes our branding.

Sell on the free plan

The Sell Card takes Stripe checkout for your presets and guides, and buyers get their download link by email. It works wherever Stripe supports us.

A page for everything

Your links, your shop, your YouTube and your favorite products each get a whole page. Add as many as you like.

Milkshake is free to try on iPhone and Android.

Still deciding?

Ten questions to narrow it down

  1. What do you want people to land on?

A list of links is a different thing from a site with pages of its own. Decide this first, because it rules out half the list.

  2. Do you want your own domain on it?

Some tools keep you on their address. Others want a paid plan or a domain add-on, and registering the domain is usually extra, so add the two up.

  3. What does looking good cost?

Fonts, colors and backgrounds are free on some of these and a paid feature on others. Check before you fall for a free plan.

  4. Where will you build it?

Some live in a phone app, some only in a browser, and several do both. If you do everything on your phone, that settles a lot.

Switching

How to switch to Milkshake

Keep your Linktree up until your Milkshake site is live, so no link goes dead.

  1. Grab the app and add a Links Card

It's the Card closest to a Linktree: one page of links. Want an image with each link? Use a Top Picks Card instead. Either way, pick a Look to set its fonts and colors.

  2. Add your real links

There's no automatic importer, so copy each link across from Linktree. Then add your images and the Cards you never had. If your Linktree plan lets you export your analytics and subscribers, do that first.

  3. Publish it and tap through like a follower would

Test every link, form and checkout on a phone and a computer before you change your social profiles.

  4. Swap your link in bio, then everywhere else it appears

Think QR codes, email signatures, business cards and your other profiles.

FAQ

Linktree alternatives, asked and answered

Just choosing between us and Linktree? See Milkshake vs Linktree side by side.

Which Linktree alternatives have a free plan?

Milkshake has a free plan with every Look and font. So do Beacons, Squarespace Bio Sites, Carrd, AllMyLinks, Later Link in Bio, Taplink and Wix. Stan Store and Squarespace have a 14-day trial instead.

Which alternative lets me use my own domain?

AllMyLinks lets you use your own domain for free. Carrd does it from US$19 a year, on Pro Standard. Beacons does it from US$10 a month, on Creator. On Milkshake you connect your own domain on Pro+ (US$99.99 a year). Wix and Squarespace include it on their cheapest paid plans, from US$17 and US$19 a month billed yearly. Stan Store doesn't offer it. Registering the domain usually costs extra.

Which Linktree alternatives let me sell?

Milkshake's Sell Card sells digital products on the free plan, through Stripe. The fee is 12% on Free and Lite, and drops to 7% on Pro+. Selling works in the countries Stripe supports us in. Stan Store takes no platform fee, and its plans start at US$29 a month. Beacons charges 9% on sales until Creator Plus (US$30 a month), where it drops to 0%. Later can't take payments. AllMyLinks stopped selling in October 2026.

Which Linktree alternatives let me customize for free?

Every Look and font on Milkshake is free, photo backgrounds included. Beacons and Later also give their design tools away on their free plans. Carrd and Taplink keep some design features for paid plans.

Is there an alternative that isn’t just a list of links?

Milkshake is one. Each Card is a page of its own, so your shop doesn't get squeezed into a list of links. Wix and Squarespace build full websites. Most of the others give you a single page.

What does it cost to remove the branding?

Milkshake Lite removes our branding for US$2.99 a month. You keep everything on the free plan. Beacons needs Creator Plus (US$30 a month) to remove its branding. Stan Store needs Creator Pro (US$99 a month). Carrd's Pro Lite removes it for US$9 a year.

Can I move my links over automatically?

Later says it can import your Linktree page into Later Link in Bio. We couldn't find a Linktree importer anywhere else, Milkshake included. On Milkshake, paste your links into a Links Card, or a Top Picks Card if you want an image with each one. Test it before you swap your link in bio. Your old analytics stay with Linktree.

Sources we checked

Most facts come from each product's own pricing page or help center, checked between 2 and 16 October 2026. Where a live page shows local prices outside the US, we used an archived copy or the company's own blog. Prices are in US dollars and can vary by region.
