Is Milkshake really free?
Yes! You can create, publish, and share a Milkshake website completely for free. The free plan includes access to all Cards, Looks, and unlimited updates. No credit card required.
What do I get with a paid plan?
Lite removes the Milkshake branding from your site. Pro adds contact forms, mailing list integration, SEO tools, Meta pixel tracking, 365 days of analytics, lower selling fees, free items on your Sell Card, and priority support. Pro+ includes everything in Pro plus a custom domain, Google Analytics integration, and the lowest selling fees.
What does it cost to sell on my site?
Selling works on every plan, and there's nothing to pay upfront. When you make a sale, Milkshake takes a small fee: 12% on Free and Lite, 9% on Pro, and 7% on Pro+, plus Stripe's standard processing fee. Everything else lands straight in your connected Stripe account, ready to pay out to your bank. See how fees work.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro unlocks powerful features like contact forms, mailing list integration, SEO tools, Meta pixel tracking, and 365 days of Insights data, and it drops your selling fee to 9%. Pro+ includes everything in Pro, plus the ability to connect your own custom domain, Google Analytics integration, and the lowest selling fee at 7%.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your iPhone settings or Google Play Store account settings. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, so you can use any payment method supported by your app store account, including credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards.
Do I lose my site if I downgrade?
No, your site stays live. If you downgrade from a paid plan, your website remains published but Pro features (like a custom domain or advanced analytics) will be deactivated. You won't lose any content.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
There's no free trial, but the free plan is fully functional: you can create, publish, and share your website without paying anything. Upgrade whenever you're ready for Pro features.
Can I switch between plans?
